By accessing and using the services provided by TIELING FLOW CONTROL VALVE CO., LTD. ("TFC Valves", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TFC Valves.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services, products, or website.

TFC Valves is a professional valve manufacturing company registered in Tieling, Liaoning Province, China, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and supply of industrial valves for various applications.

Our products include but are not limited to butterfly valves, gate valves, check valves, air valves, and related valve components. All products are manufactured according to international standards including GB, ISO, DIN, BS, and API/ANSI specifications.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our product offerings at any time without prior notice. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

All quotations provided by TFC Valves are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Custom products require detailed specifications and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Lead times for custom orders will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts and quotations. Generally, payment is required according to agreed milestones or delivery schedules. Late payments may incur additional charges.

For international orders, payment methods and currency will be specified in the sales contract. All banking charges are typically borne by the respective parties unless otherwise agreed.

TFC Valves warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Warranty periods are specified in individual product documentation or sales contracts.

Our liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Delivery terms are specified in individual contracts and follow standard international trade terms (Incoterms). Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer according to the agreed delivery terms.

We strive to meet delivery schedules but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, transportation delays, or customs procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFC Valves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, documentation, and website content belong to TFC Valves or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Technical drawings and specifications provided for quotation purposes remain our property and may not be shared with third parties without authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with Chinese arbitration rules.

For international contracts, governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms may be specified separately in the sales contract.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
